The mandate
We are hired for judgement, not for access to forms.
Any licensed agent can lodge an application. The value of an adviser lies in the decisions taken before submission: which jurisdiction, which route within it, who is included, in what order, and what the position looks like in ten years’ time.
We charge a fixed professional fee, disclosed in advance, and we are not remunerated by developers or fund managers. Where a qualifying asset is recommended, you will see the reasoning and the alternatives.
Jurisdiction strategy
A written comparison of shortlisted programmes against your objectives, family structure and tax position, including the routes we advise against.
Source of wealth files
Documentation assembled to private banking standard and pre-screened against the due diligence providers the programme itself uses.
Family scope planning
Dependency rules differ by jurisdiction and by month of birth. We map who can be included now, and what including them later would cost.
Tax coordination
We work alongside your existing advisers so that residence and citizenship decisions are sequenced correctly rather than corrected afterwards.
Property and fund selection
Independent review of qualifying assets, including resale liquidity, developer covenant strength and fund manager track record.
Ongoing stewardship
An annual review covering renewals, physical presence obligations, children reaching majority and legislative change in each held jurisdiction.
Who we act for
Three mandates we see most often.
The internationally mobile principal
A founder or executive whose primary passport constrains travel, banking or contracting. The usual answer is a fast citizenship route paired with a European residence for schooling.
The multi-generational family
Three generations, several nationalities, and children approaching eighteen. The work here is sequencing: who is included in which application, and in what order.
The family office mandate
Mobility treated as an asset class, with a written policy, a renewal calendar and a governance file that survives changes in personnel.
“They told us to wait eleven months so our son would still qualify as a dependant. That single piece of advice saved more than their entire fee.”
