Why the Caribbean leads
The house order places Dominica, St Kitts & Nevis, Antigua & Barbuda, Saint Lucia and Grenada ahead of the rest. These are the files we run most often, the units whose officers we deal with directly, and the routes that deliver a full second citizenship in months rather than a residence permit that may become one in a decade. It is a statement of where our practice is deepest, not a claim that they outscore every European alternative. Sort by overall score to see the difference for yourself.
How the score is built
Every programme is marked out of one hundred across five equally weighted pillars: entry cost, speed to grant, passport mobility, quality of life and administrative simplicity. Cost, speed and mobility are calculated from the published figures, so they move whenever a government changes its terms. The remaining two are our own assessment, and each programme page sets out the marks in full.
Thresholds shown are minimum qualifying amounts for a single applicant unless stated otherwise, and exclude professional fees. Government charges, due diligence fees and family tiers are set out in full in the written recommendation issued at the start of every mandate. Programme terms are set by the relevant government and change without notice.
Not sure which route
Most clients arrive certain, and leave with a different plan.
Tell us the objective rather than the programme. We will tell you which of these fifteen jurisdictions serves it, and which would be a waste of your capital.
