An emerging South American route, structured for early participants.
Argentina is building an investor pathway to naturalisation on top of one of the world's more accessible residence frameworks. Hampton & Kent monitors the legislative process closely and prepares client files ahead of formal opening.
Why Argentina
Argentina carries one of the strongest passports in the Americas alongside one of its shortest naturalisation periods, a combination that has never before been paired with a formal investor route. Files prepared and legalised now will be ready on the day the framework opens, which is the whole of the opportunity.
Benefits
- One of the strongest passports in Latin America
- Visa-free access to Schengen, the United Kingdom and Japan
- Short qualifying period for naturalisation
- No renunciation of existing nationality required
- Early-mover positioning ahead of formal launch
Qualifications
Every adult applicant is screened to private-banking standard. The points below are the statutory floor; the desk may ask for more depending on the source of wealth.
- Documented lawful source of investment capital
- Clean criminal record and Argentine tax registration
- Qualifying period of lawful residence
- Final terms subject to enacted regulation

Hampton & Kent and Argentina
Our Argentina desk files through licensed local counsel and owns the mandate from the first conversation to the document in hand. We do not hold client investment capital, and government contributions are paid directly to the relevant state account. Where Argentina is not the right instrument for a family, we say so before any fee is discussed.
Programme terms are set by the government of Argentina and change without notice. Nothing on this page constitutes legal or tax advice.
