Grenada

Citizenship by Investment

The only Caribbean citizenship with a United States E-2 treaty.

The only Caribbean citizenship with a United States E-2 treaty.

Grenada combines Caribbean mobility with a rare strategic advantage: its E-2 treaty allows citizens to apply for a United States investor visa. China access adds further breadth for internationally mobile families.

Why Grenada

Grenada is the only Caribbean citizenship that carries a United States E-2 treaty, which converts a mobility document into a working route for a family that wants to operate a business in America. Visa-free access to China adds a dimension the other island programmes cannot match.

Benefits

  • Access to the United States E-2 investor visa treaty
  • Visa-free travel to China, the United Kingdom and Schengen
  • Citizenship for siblings, parents and grandparents
  • No tax on worldwide income for non-residents
  • Citizenship by descent for future generations

Hampton & Kent and Grenada

Our Grenada desk files through licensed local counsel and owns the mandate from the first conversation to the document in hand. We do not hold client investment capital, and government contributions are paid directly to the relevant state account. Where Grenada is not the right instrument for a family, we say so before any fee is discussed.

Programme terms are set by the government of Grenada and change without notice. Nothing on this page constitutes legal or tax advice.
